TQ-LOCK HYDRAULIC QUICK COUPLER

TQ-LOCK is the new dedicated quick coupler with a double safety system.

This innovation eliminates the risk of accidental drops. In case of failure, the safety locks on the arm and link pins prevent the equipment from oscillating.

During release, safety lock 1, independent from the main hook 2 and operated by springs 3, frees the link pin, activating the status indicators 4 visible from the cab. The arm pin is then released, completing the hydraulic phase that deactivates safety lock 5.
